You will receive a check print record for any approved Fast Cash Advance1 that is disbursed by check. Taxpayers that requested direct deposit will receive their advance within 1-2 business days of loan approval.
Taxpayers that selected a Green Dot® Prepaid Visa® Card2 will receive their advance within 1-2 business days of loan approval. They will be notified directly when the Fast Cash Advance has been deposited to their account, if the taxpayer's contact information is provided in the software.
Approved advances may also be viewed by logging onto the TPG website, selecting Reports from the left side menu and viewing the FCA Summary report.
How is the rest of the taxpayer's refund issued?
Whether your client is approved or denied for the Fast Cash Advance, the balance of their refund will be issued by the disbursem*nt method selected at the time of filing.
How is the fee paid?
TPG will deduct the fee from your tax preparation fees only on approved advances. Logon to our website and visit the report page to track your fees (reports available soon).
