Geography[]
Seabrook is located along SR 109 on the Washington Pacific Coast. Less than 2 miles north of Seabrook is Pacific Beach. Further north is Moclips and eventually Taholah. To the east of Seabrook though forests would be Humptulips. Southeast is Carlisle. South off Seabrook along SR 109 is Ocean Grove, Iron Springs, and Copalis Beach. West of Seabrook is the Pacific Ocean.
Seabrook is about 20 miles north of Ocean Shores and 30 miles northwest of Aberdeen, the commercial center of the county.
History[]
In the early 2000s, developer Casey Roloff of Lincoln City, Oregon had plans of creating a beach town on the rugged Washington coast. By the mid 2000s, the town was being developed and new buildings were constructed. By 2010, the town received a lot of notoriety from the press as a perfect beach get-away.
