A nearly 10,000-square-foot home in Fargo asking $2.85 million is now North Dakota’s most expensive home.
The six-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom sits on just under an acre of land, and boasts amenities such as a basketball court, an indoor pool and a game room with a wet bar, according to listing agent Brandon Raboin of Raboin Realty, who listed it last week.
Its price tag is about $400,000 more than the next-priciest residence on offer in North Dakota, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The median listing price of a home in Fargo was $264,000 in December, an annual increase of 20.7%, according to Realtor.com.
Built in 2015, the property offers floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the grounds, double-height ceilings and an open floor plan, listing photos show. The living area is centered around a fireplace, and the adjacent kitchen offers professional-grade appliances, a butler’s pantry and an island with bar seating.
The pool area is one of the highlights of the property, featuring an indoor pool with an automatic pool cover, a gas fireplace and full wet bar for an après-swim beverage. The basem*nt level also offers a wet bar, as well as a home theater and a billiards room.
Outside, there’s a grilling area, a basketball court and a large patio, plus a fenced-in area for pets, according to the listing.
This is the first time the home has been on the market. Mansion Global could not determine who owns the home or for how much the underlying property last traded.
