Here's how to find Spotify's 'Top 1% of Fans' feature? ›

How to find and use Spotify's Top Fans feature: UPDATE 29/11/23: A similar '1% of Listeners' stat is also included in your personal 2023 Spotify Wrapped feature. You can find that in your Wrapped slideshow, on the 'Top Artist' slide.

In essence, being in the top 0.1% signifies that you are among the top number of people who regularly listen to a certain artist, compared to 99.9% of their other listeners. You may also want to enjoy your Spotify Wrapped playlist offline, on any device, and in any format you like.

In Spotify for Artists, you can see stats for your listeners and followers. Music. Set a timeframe, or see daily listener and follower stats by hovering over the timeline graphs.

Significance of the Top 0.5%: Being in the top 0.5% of listeners means that you are among the most devoted fans of that particular artist [2]. It shows that you have spent a significant amount of time listening to their music and have likely formed a strong connection with their songs.

Our analysis showed that you would have needed over 6,000 minutes of listening to get into the top 1%. Nearly 10,000 minutes and you'd be in the top 0.5%. As shown in the chart above, ranking got steeper after that. To reach the peak 0.001% ranking, you had to hear nothing but Taylor for 150,000 minutes, give or take.
