Ex-“Real Housewife of New York City” Dorinda Medley is renting her beloved Blue Stone Manor in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, on Airbnb for two nights only, asking $100 a night.
Medley is famously attached to the nine-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot home, which was a $2.115 million gift from her late husband, Richard Medley, when they wed in 2005, she told “E! News.”
Dorinda shared the 1902 hilltop estate with the former Capitol Hill aide and George Soros adviser until he died in 2011 of liver failure.
The “Make It Nice” author quarantined at the Berkshires home in spring and summer of last year, and now calls the Tudor-style home her weekend residence, Page Six reported in April.
The lucky few who book the estate should prepare to be polite, unlike Medley’s “RHONY” guests in Season 11, whose complaints revealed Medley’s rule about the house: “No one’s mean to Blue Stone Manor. No one!” Medley said in Episode 6.

Booking opens on Aug. 18, and only two one-night stays (for groups of up to four) are available — one on Aug. 23 and another on Aug. 25. No rooms are off-limits to guests, according to the listing.
“Let me tell you, when they first approached me, of course, I was like — well, first of all, there is something magical about Blue Stone Manor,” Medley told Page Six. “It’s almost like an urban legend. People think I’m like Cinderella in that castle you see at Disneyland. Like, I don’t think people really get it’s real.
For those who can’t make it to the home, Medley is also hosting a $100 “Make it nice and boozy” Zoom event on Aug. 27, where she will teach guests to make two signature co*cktails and “catch up like the old friends we’re soon to be,” the event description says.
Inside Blue Stone Manor
Another former “RHONY” cast member, Carole Radziwill, named the home, inspired by its bluestone foundation, Medley said in an “E! News” video tour.
Inside, the Blue Room has a bejeweled taxidermied peaco*ck, a seashell-covered statue, Fortuny blue velvet couches and peaco*ck-blue lacquer walls, she said in the video.

The dining room — where several emotionally charged “Housewife” confrontations were filmed — boasts a green hand-painted ceiling, matching green-and-white brushed velvet Venetian chairs, a large turtle shell hung on the wall and a custom-made Italian wood table.
The billiards room pops with purple velvet sofas, coffered ceilings and custom-made curtains that duplicate those in her old London house, she told Bravo. The room serves as the set of the “Housewives'” private yoga session in Season 11.

The kitchen is finished with all wood cabinets, two matching wood-fronted refrigerators and a coffee station, she showed Bravo in a video tour last year.
“Here at Blue Stone Manor, we love to throw dinner parties. And it’s very cool and casual all weekend, until co*cktail hour on Saturday nights, when everybody goes to their room and transforms into country chic.”

The primary bedroom suite’s walk-in closet is a copy of one in the hotel Cipriani in Venice, where she stayed with her late husband. She fills it with cashmere and tweeds, she said in the video tour.
The 18-acre lot has a pool, fountains and landscaped gardens, “Entertainment Tonight” reported.
“There’s more than just drama to be displayed here,” promises the listing on Airbnb.

Blue Stone Manor was flooded in Medley’s final season of the show, prompting her to renovate the house for a second time. She first renovated the house in 2005 and 2006, shortly after she and her late husband moved in.
Not long from when the house flooded, she also broke a rib, split from her longtime boyfriend John Mahdessian and grieved the death of her dog Lucy — handling the stress of which she said ultimately got her fired from the show.
This isn’t the first time the “Make It Nice” SiriusXM radio star has dipped her toe into real estate ventures. The former real estate agent moved into a three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home on Sutton Place in New York City in 2018 in exchange for promoting the apartment building.

While residing rent-free on Sutton Place, she put her own Upper East Side condo up for rent, raking in an estimated $10,000 a month, Page Six previously reported.
The city pad is now her primary residence during the week. She purchased the East 87th Street condo in 2001 and recently had it renovated, a representative told Page Six.
The 56-year-old joined “RHONY” in 2015 and became a prominent character on her six-season run. Before her marriage to Richard Medley, Dorinda was married to Scotsman Ralph Lynch, with whom she shares a daughter in her 20s named Hannah Lynch.
Representatives for Dorinda Medley did not reply to a request for comment in time for publication.
