GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to CS.MONEY - the marketplace of CS:GO and DOTA II skins.
The Service is provided by CS Virtual Trade Ltd., aCyprus private limited company, registration number HE 389299, has itsregistered address and principal place of business at 705 SpyrouAraouzou & Koumantarias, Fayza House, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus, or
G2G Marketplace Limited, a Hong Kong private limitedcompany, registration number 3064044, has its registered address and theprincipal place of business at 8F, 30 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong(“CS.MONEY” or “we”), depending on the terrotiry.
The company provider is defined on the receipt.
These terms and conditions of use of CS.MONEY (the “Terms of Use”)govern relationships between you (“you” or “User”) and CS.MONEY inrelation to your use of:
- CS.MONEY website https://cs.money/(“Website”);
- CS.MONEY mobile application (“Application”),
together referred to as “Platform”;
- All products, Platform features, marketing campaigns, and contestsavailable on the Platform (the “Service”).
- CS.MONEYAntiscamExtension.
- CS.MONEY Market Extension.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service. Ifyou disagree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.
AGREEMENT
By creating a CS.MONEY account, and using CS.MONEY Service, you agreeto be bound by these Terms of Use and Refund Policy which constitute thelegally binding agreement between you and CS.MONEY (collectively, the“Agreement”).
You need to be of legal age to enter into the Agreement. If you areunder 18 years old (or the legal age of your place of residence), youmust receive parental or legal guardian approval to enter theAgreement.
By using the Service, you declare that according to your localjurisdiction, you are of legal age and eligible to enter into theAgreement on your own or have received parental or legal guardianapproval to enter into the Agreement.
PRIVACY
By accessing the Platform to use the Service, you certify that youhave read and understood the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
ACCOUNT
Registration. To register a CS.MONEY User account(“Account”) and use the Service you must:
have a registered Steam account;
sign in to CS.MONEY Platform via your Steam account;
read and accept these Terms of Use and Refund Policy, andfamiliarize yourself with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Upon signing in, your individual CS.MONEY account (the“Account”) will be created automatically, and you willbe assigned your personal CS.MONEY ID (the “SellerID”).
Registration is free of charge.
Your liability. You are solely responsible formanaging and safeguarding your CS.MONEY Account, your Steam account andtheir login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restrictingaccess to your CS.MONEY Account, your Steam account, and all activitiesunder these accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use ofthe Service within your Account complies with these Terms of Use,applicable laws, or regulations.
We encourage you to use our freeAntiscam extension to protect your Steam account from scammers.
You agree to use your Account for your personal use and not transferit to anyone.
We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising fromyour failure to comply with the above requirements.
Account blocking. We may block your account for thereasons indicated in our AML and KYC Policy below.
Account deletion. You may request us to delete yourAccount by sending us a request via online chat. Upon deletion of yourAccount, this agreement will be terminated, and you will not be able touse the Service until you register again.
In case of disputes (chargebacks) regarding your purchases, we willblock your account but keep it for 180 days from your last purchase.
If you change your mind about deleting your Account while the accountis blocked, please contact our customer support.
CS.MONEY SERVICE
CS.MONEY provides a platform through which Users agree to transfereach other virtual items (skins) inside of the CS:GO or Dota II games(“Games”).
Skin is a virtual in-game item, a texture of in-game items (i.e.,weapons, gloves) provided to the Users inside of the Game via licensingagreement.
By “sell” or “buy”, we mean not the actual sale/purchase but anagreement to transfer rights to use a skin inside of a Game.
The transfer of virtual items is done on the platform of the gamepublisher - Steam.
CS.MONEY acts as an intermediary between the Users, organizing theprocess of skin transfers.
CS.MONEY is not related to online gambling.
CS.MONEY does not provide any crypto-fiat, fiat-crypto, or othercurrency exchange services and does not act as a currency exchange.
CS.MONEY is not affiliated in any way with Valve Corp.and itsaffiliates (collectively the “Valve”). CS.MONEY does not claim anyrights to the virtual items, which remain the intellectual property ofValve Corp.
The CS.MONEY Service is available through the Website and theApplication. The Application is designed as a functional supplement toCS.MONEY Service is available on the Website.
PLATFORM LICENSING
The Platform is a software product. We hereby grant you anon-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Platform, its features, andServices solely for the purpose and on conditions set out in these Termsof use.
TRADE OF VIRTUAL ITEMS
Within the CS.MONEY Platform, you can exchange, sell and/or purchaseany available virtual item.
You can do that in different modes.
Requirements for all Users:
To put a virtual item on sale, exchange, or purchase it, youmust:
- be eligible to use the Platform (please see section“Eligibility”);
- be authorized on the Platform and have all terms and policiesaccepted;
- not be banned on the Platform or Steam;
- keep your inventory open on Steam;
- have an active Steam Guard;
- have a valid trade link.
It is forbidden to:
- use any programs, or mechanisms to avoid any regulations and to hideyour identity, and location;
- use someone else’s documents, proof of identity, and PaymentMethods;
- take actions that may distort and/or affect the performance,security, fairness, and integrity of the Platform and the Service;
- use any vulnerabilities of the Platform to receive profit;
- use multiple accounts to monopolize the market or manipulate theprices any other way.
You confirm that:
- you have experience and/or knowledge to deal with virtual items,have a full understanding of their nature and framework, and are awareof all the merits, risks, and any restrictions associated with virtualitems, including their purchase and use, as well as the necessary andrelevant expertise and knowledge to trade, sell and/or purchase them,and accept the sole responsibility for any decisions made in respect ofsuch items within the Platform;
- you acknowledge and fully agree that all skin transfers are finaland not subject to a refund or compensation;
you are solely responsible for reading and understanding all andany terms and conditions of any purchase, sale, or trade conducted onthe Platform;
you are a rightful holder of all the virtual items associatedwith your Steam ID.
TRADE MODE
Trade mode allows you to trade (sell, buy, exchange) with CS.MONEYand Users via CS.MONEY bots.
You can buy a skin only with the use of your CS.MONEY Balance.
If the virtual item you exchanged were more expensive than the oneyou received, extra money from the exchange would be saved on yourCS.MONEY Balance. However, there is no guarantee that there will be anyavailable skins for that price.
If the virtual item you wish to exchange is of lesser value than whatyou want to obtain, you may pay the difference by using your CS.MONEYBalance.
Any money you receive from the sale of your virtual item will besaved in your CS.MONEY Balance.
CS.MONEY reserves the right to set limits per one User (or the sameperson under multiple accounts) for purchasing one type of skin or acategory of skins to prevent monopolizing and keep the prices fair forall Users.
CS.MONEY Balance. CS.MONEY Balance is an in-Platformcurrency used to make transactions in Trade Mode, and Auction.
CS.MONEY Balance:
- is a digital product and does not constitute fiat orcryptocurrency;
- has no value outside the Platform;
- is not withdrawable and can be used only in Trade Mode, andAuction;
- is non-transferable to another platform or person;
- does not accrue interest.
CS.MONEY may bonus you for depositing (purchasing) your CS.MONEYBalance. Check the “Add Funds” page to see your bonuses.
AUCTION
You can purchase a virtual item at the Auction.
If you wish to purchase a virtual item at the Auction, you shallplace your bid against other proposed bids.
When you bid on a virtual item at an auction, you are obliged to buythe item if you win for your bid price.
You can not cancel your bid once it is made.
The total sum of your concurrent bids is equal to your currentCS.MONEY Balance multiplied by 3, which enables you to bid for differentskins at the same time.
The highest bidder wins the auction on a skin when the auction ends.We will withdraw the price of the skin from your CS.MONEY Balance andinitiate the transfer of the skin to you.
You can only pay for the virtual item with your CS.MONEY Balance.Your CS.MONEY Balance shall have sufficient funds to pay for the item atthe end of the auction.
If, at the end of the auction, your CS.MONEY Balance is insufficientto pay for the virtual item, the second bidder with sufficient CS.MONEYBalance will be considered the winner.
Auctions are run by CS.MONEY only. Users cannot run an auction.
MARKET MODE
The Market allows you to trade skins with other Users without aCS.MONEY bot for your own prices and withdraw the profit.
To sell your skin on the Market, you should:
- download CS.MONEY mobile application or Marketextension;
- provide your Steam API key, and only then
- create a sale offer using CS.MONEY mobile application or Marketextension.
If you create a sale offer and transfer a skin without using CS.MONEYmobile application or Market extension, you will not get money for theskin and/or a refund for such transfer as this trade will not be trackedby CS.MONEY and will be considered as made outside of CS.MONEYPlatform.
When someone wants to buy your skin, you get a notification. You have12 hours from receiving the notification to transfer the skin to thebuyer. If you fail to do so, your account will receive an “Offline”status. “Offline” status means that your offers will not appear on theMarket until you manually change your status. Your account will beblocked until you cancel the trade offer.
When you create an offer for sale on CS.MONEY, CS.MONEY makes a tradeoffer on Steam on your behalf. The trade offer will have a descriptionwith a trade offer unique number. The sale of a skin on CS.MONEY dependson the status of this Steam trade offer.
When purchasing a skin, you are required to accept the trade offer onSteam. CS.MONEY reserves the right to suspend the User’s account if theUser consistently declines trade offers.
CS.MONEY is not responsible for:
- trade offers created by a User outside of CS.MONEY Platformregarding the skins offered by such User on CS.MONEY, including tradeoffers created without CS.MONEY mobile application or Marketextension;
- any consequences of providing a third party’s Steam API Key;
- any consequences that the creation of multiple trade offers mayentail.
After transferring the skin, you will get the price of the skin lessCS.MONEY commission to your Market Balance (see section CS.MONEYCommission).
All profit from the sale of your skins will be accumulated on yourMarket Balance.
To purchase a skin, you must top up your Market Balance.
Market Balance:
- is withdrawable upon verified KYC;
- has no value outside the Platform;
- is non-transferable to another platform or person;
- ``does not accrue interest.
ATTENTION: CS.MONEY Balance may not be used in Market mode. You canuse your Market Balance to purchase other skins in the Market only.
You can withdraw your profit held in Market Balance to your bank cardor another payment account as made available to you by CS.MONEY.
Market Balance is managed by the CS.MONEY, but the actual user fundsare held in escrow by 3rd party service providers
CS.MONEY does not charge its own commission for the deposit andwithdrawal from your Market Balance. However, you bear the commission ofthe payment service providers for payment processing.
Market Balance withdrawal terms
You can withdraw your profit from the sale of virtual items held inMarket Balance, provided that:
- you received Market Balance from the sale of a skin;
- you have successfully passed the KYC procedure;
- you have provided your own valid, accepted Payment Method.
CS.MONEY is entitled to set limits for daily withdrawals for securityand anti-money laundering purposes. We will notify you of the limits onthe Platform.
The minimum amounts for withdrawal are:
10 USD - withdrawals to cards;
100 USD - withdrawals to crypto wallets.
Usually, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on a business day,although depending on the selected Payment Method or a particular bank,it may take up to 3 working days.
You are responsible for your own tax obligations in connection withthe receipt of any money or profit via the Platform.
INSTANT SELL
“Instant Sell” is a functionality integrated within the Market mode.Within this feature, CS.MONEY offers the immediate purchase of yourskins based on specific conditions.
CS.MONEY reserves the right to determine which skins are eligible forInstant Sell, and such skins will be visibly marked accordingly.
The pricing for the sale under Instant Sell is exclusively set byCS.MONEY and is not open to negotiation or objection by the User.
The sale conducted via Instant Sell is irreversible andnon-refundable.
Upon initiating the sale of your skin using Instant Sell, CS.MONEYgenerates an offer with a validity of 15 minutes. Should you fail toaccept the offer within this timeframe, the offer will be automaticallycancelled.
Upon acceptance of the offer, CS.MONEY will credit your MarketBalance with the agreed sale price. Subsequently, you may proceed towithdraw the funds from your Market Balance, upon the specified MarketBalance withdrawal terms.
A single sale transaction via Instant Sell allows for the sale of amaximum of 10 items.
“INACTIVE” STATUS
If you haven’t performed any transaction on the Platform within twoconsecutive years, your account will receive the “Inactive” status.CS.MONEY will notify you of the “Inactive” status by available means. Toremove the “Inactive” status, you must complete any transaction (trade)on the Platform.
If after 30 days after the notification, you will not perform anytransaction on the Platform, CS.MONEY will take the followingactions:
- If you have positive CS.MONEY balance, CS.MONEY will charge you theinactivity fee of 1 USD a month while your account remains inactive oruntil your CS.MONEY balance reaches zero. The inactivity fee is notrefundable.
- If you have skins stored on CS.MONEY bots (so-called virtualinventory), such items will be deemed abandoned. CS.MONEY will deductabandoned skins from your virtual inventory and refund the price of suchskins to your CS.MONEY Balance. The refund amount depends on the item’sprice on the day of the item deduction. The deducted skins are notrefundable.
CS.MONEY COMMISSION
Performance of trades (transfers, sales, purchases of skins) issubject to CS.MONEY commission.
CS.MONEY Commission is charged from your CS.MONEY Balance or MarketBalance.
Trade Mode and Auction Commission
CS.MONEY commission is set separately for each specific case of anexchange, sale, and/or purchase of a virtual item and varies from 4 to20% of the declared value of the relevant virtual item. Learn more aboutthe commissions in our PricePolicy. We provide reduced commissions under CS.MONEYSubscription.
CS.MONEY commission includes a variable “Extra Charge” that dependson the hold period. The hold period (or trade lock) is the period set byValve Corp.when a virtual item cannot be exchanged or purchased afterthe last trade (the “Hold”). To learn more about theHold, read here.

Market Commission
CS.MONEY charges a 5% commission from selling a skin with a price ofless than 1000 USD, but not less than 0,01 USD.
CS.MONEY charges a 3% commission for selling a skin at 1000 USD andmore.
Users shall bear the commission of payment service providers to topup or withdraw the Market Balance. The commission will depend on PaymentMethods and will be displayed before the payment.
By using the CS.MONEY Service, you unconditionally accept CS.MONEYcommission as stated above.
CASHBACK
When users sell specific skins to CS.MONEY using Trade Mode, they canreceive cashback. This cashback will be determined based on the CS.MONEYprice of the skin and can range from 2.5% to 9%. Skins eligible forcashback are labeled accordingly, indicating the cashback amount. Skinswithout these labels do not come with cashback. Users can receive amaximum cashback of up to 9% when selling a skin to CS.MONEY that wasoriginally purchased from CS.Money.
Cashback will be credited to CS.MONEY Balance after the trade.
CS.MONEY SUBSCRIPTION
To access more features of the CS.MONEY Service you may subscribe toa paid plan on the Website (“Subscription”).Subscription is available in various plans listed on the Website. Therelevant terms, costs, and purchase methods of each Subscription planare specified on the Website. The terms and conditions of theSubscription are set in the Subscription terms.
REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION
All trades and transactions conducted on the CS.MONEY Platform arefinal and not subject to a return, refund, and/or cancellation.

PAYMENT POLICY
To purchase a Subscription or top-up your CS.MONEY Balance or MarketBalance you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “PaymentMethod” means a current, valid, accepted payment method that may beupdated from time to time. You can use any of the Payment Methodsavailable on the Platform. A Payment Method shall belong to you. The useof Payment Methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.
CS.MONEY is entitled to provide the Users with Payment Methods at itsdiscretion. The available Payment Methods are listed on the Website onthe payment page.
Payment Methods have their own terms and policies, including AML/KYCPolicies, and may decline or suspend any transactions according to theirrules. Any applicable terms and policies of a respective Payment Methodshall apply to the processing of payments and should be reviewed andunderstood by the User before making any transaction.
CS.MONEY is not responsible for any delays in payment and/or actionsof the respective payment service provider. The terms and conditionsbetween the Payment Method and the Users who use the payment servicesare governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Termsand Conditions.
If the currency of your payment account is different from thenominated currency, your payment will be converted into the nominatedcurrency at the time of the payment. The conversion rate of your bankwill be applied. The respective charged amounts shall be indicated onthe respective payment page. CS.MONEY is not responsible for theconversion rates set by payment institutions.
You confirm that you are the rightful owner of all bank cards andother payment accounts you use to make payments.
AML AND KYC POLICY
For our Users’ safety and compliance with the legal requirement ofthe European Union and other jurisdictions, CS.MONEY strictly adheres toanti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing measures (AML /CTF).
Transaction monitoring and supervision. We analyzeall activity and transactions of the Users on our Platform, looking forsuspicious and unusual behaviors, and take appropriate measures subjectto our sole discretion. The list of suspicious activities is determinedsolely by CS.MONEY and includes, but is not limited to:
- attempts to hide identity, the use of outdated, false, someoneelse’s documents, as well as refusal to provide documents, confirmidentity upon request;
- the use of someone else’s Payment Methods and refusal to prove theownership;
- the use of multiple accounts;
- the use of the Platform’s vulnerabilities and bugs;
- third party’s claim regarding the User’s transaction (chargeback,dispute);
- illegal activity, and breach of the Terms of Use.
If we find your activity suspicious, find out or reasonably believethat the User is in a breach of the Terms of Use, we may undertake thefollowing actions subject to our discretion without prior notice:
- refuse or suspend a trade/transaction;
- remove User’s items from sale;
- withdraw User’s CS.MONEY Balance, Market Balance;
- blocklist User’s Payment Method;
- initiate an additional KYC procedure;
- block the User’s Account.
A User can appeal our decision toCustomer Support. We will investigate the case. We may requestadditional information to unblock a User Account. Following ourinstructions is mandatory to unblock the User Account and/or cancelother measures.
The measures may still be inforce as long as reasonably necessary for investigating a particularcase.
CS.MONEY shall not be liable toany User for any damage or loss (direct, indirect, punitive, actual,consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or otherwise), includingloss of revenue, profits, CS.MONEY Balance, Market Balance, and/or skinsresulting from the measures undertaken by us against any User due toalleged violation of these Terms of Use or other applicable terms,policies, and regulations by the User.
KYC procedure. We conduct KYC procedures in thefollowing cases:
- If the User’s activity, transaction, or payment instrument seemssuspicious to us;
- If the User wishes to withdraw Market Balance.
Depending on the situation, we may request the following informationor documents: first and last name, ID document (i.e., passport) number,copy of ID document, picture of a User holding an ID document, photo ofbank card partly covered, video of your face, utility bill, or bankstatement.
Sanctions. Individuals from sanctioned countries andterritories and sanctioned individuals are restricted from using thepaid Service.
Payment security. We guarantee the security of bankcard payments. The processing center meets the international PCI DSSrequirements to provide secure treatment of the payer’s bank carddetails.
Cooperation with authorities. We cooperate with thepublic or third parties’ authorities and/or third parties concerning theinvestigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. CS.MONEYmay provide the necessary information in response to legal requests,establish or exercise its legal rights, or defend against legal claims.CS.MONEY shall not be liable for using or disclosing such information tothird parties.
More specific measures are confidential and for internal use only toprevent their use by the Users for fraudulent and dishonest actions.
CS.MONEY BROWSER EXTENSIONS
CS.MONEY Antiscam extension (“Antiscam extension”)aimed to protect its users from phishing and API scam.
By adding the Antiscam extension to your browser, we grant you anon-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Antiscamextension under the conditions stated in these Terms of Use.
CS.MONEY Market Extension (“Market extension”) is abrowser extension version of the Market mode.
By adding the Market extension to your browser, we grant you anon-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Marketextension under conditions stated in these Terms of Use.
Antiscam and Market extensions are referred to as (“Extensions”).
Extensions are available only for Google Chrome and YandexBrowser.
INTELLECTUALPROPERTY
The CS.MONEY Platform, CS.MONEY Extensions, all their content,including, but not limited to, names, logos or slogans, designs,translations, domain names, all page headers, custom graphics, buttonicons, scripts, fonts, color combinations, and look and feel of thePlatform and Extensions, texts of the documents constitute theintellectual property of CS.MONEY. You must not copy, imitate, sell,license, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display,publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, reverse engineer, decompile,derive source code from, or create derivative works from anyintellectual property of CS.MONEY.
Any trademarks, logos, artworks, and other intellectual propertyobjects (either registered or unregistered), presented on the Platformand Extensions belong to their respective owners. There are no impliedlicenses to use them unless otherwise stipulated by the owner inwriting. Any unauthorized use is an infringement sanctioned by theapplicable legislative framework.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Platform, Extensions, and Services are provided “as is”; we makeno warranties, expressed or implied, and we hereby disclaim and negateall and any warranties, including without limitation, impliedwarranties, or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particularpurpose. Further, we do not warrant or make any representationsconcerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use ofthe Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall indemnify andhold harmless CS.MONEY, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents,representatives, and other authorized Users from and against any and allclaims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees,and expenses arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of theService, (ii) your violation of law and/or this Agreement and/or anyother agreements, terms, and policies applicable to you, (iii) thechange, sale, purchase, and/or use of any virtual items, (iv) yourviolation of any third party right, including, but not limited to,copyright, trademark, or privacy right.
You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in defense ofany claim. CS.MONEY reserves the right to assume the exclusive defenseand control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification. Youshall not enter into any agreement that affects the rights of CS.MONEYwithout CS.MONEY’s prior written approval.
LIMITATIONOF LIABILITY
Neither CS.MONEY nor any other party involved in creating ordelivering the Platform, Extensions, and/or Services shall be liable forany direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, orexemplary damages arising out of or in connection with (i) any use of,or inability to use, the Services, the Platform or (ii) the exchange,sale, purchase, or use of the virtual items (iii) Force Majeure eventswhich include but not limited to cyber-attacks, technical issues,natural disasters, pandemics, any othercause or causes beyond such party’s reasonable control, including butnot limited to any curtailment, order, regulation, or restrictionimposed by governmental, military or lawfully established civilianauthorities, as well as by Steam, App Store or Google Market. A Force Majeureevent does not include intentional wrongdoing by a party.
The Platform may contain links to other third-party websites. We arenot in any way responsible for the content of such links, as these arenot in any way monitored by us. We shall not be held liable and/orresponsible for the content of such third-party websites and accept noliability for any loss or damages occurring as a result of or relatingto the use of these websites. We note that you do so at your own risk ifyou access these third-party websites.
This limitation applies regardless of the nature of action (whether abreach of contract or tort, including negligence) and even if CS.MONEYhas previously been advised of or reasonably could have foreseen thepossibility of such damage or loss.
This limitation applies to all damages arising out of or inconnection with any use of, or inability to use, the Platform,Extensions, and/or Services, including but not limited to: (i) errors,mistakes, or inaccuracies; (ii) personal injury or property damage;(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers, includingany personal or financial information stored therein; (iv) any bugs,viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through thePlatform or Services; and/or (v) any goods sold or purchased.
CS.MONEY’s aggregate liability to a User in any circ*mstance islimited to $1000.
To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion orlimitation of any incidental or consequential damages, the abovelimitation shall apply to the extent permissible under applicablelaw.
AMENDMENTS
We may modify, suspend and/or discontinue the Platform, Extensions,Services, and their content, provide new capabilities and/or features,and make changes to this Agreement from time to time without priornotification. We may do this for various reasons, including changes inor requirements of the law, new features, changes in business practices,and/or any other reason. The most recent version of this Agreement willbe posted on the Platform, and you should regularly check for the mostcurrent version. If the changes include material changes that affectyour rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes byreasonable means through the Platform or via email. You agree to therevised Agreement if you continue to use the Service after the changesbecome effective.
NOWAIVER
No failure by CS.MONEY to notify you of any breach or exercise of anyrightsshall be deemed awaiver thereof at the same or at any prior orsubsequent time.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid and/orunenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation, orby an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, then such provisionshall be deemed reformed or deleted but only to the extent necessary tocomply with the such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, orcourt, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force andeffect.
ASSIGNMENT
CS.MONEY may assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer its rightsand/or obligations hereunder without notice to you or without obtainingyour consent. You may not assign, sub-contract, or otherwise transferyour rights and/or obligations hereunder.
APPLICABLELAW AND JURISDICTION
Provision of the Service and all inquiries relating to theconstruction, validity, enforcement, and interpretation of these Termsof Use and the Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforcedunder the laws of Cyprus unless otherwise required by the law of thecountry where the User has their habitual residence.
In the event of a dispute, the User must send a claim to CS.MONEY.The claim must describe the nature and basis of the conflict.
If the claim is not resolved within 60 days, the Parties may submitthe dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country whose lawsare applicable subject to this article.
You agree to bring claims against CS.MONEY, where permitted under theapplicable law, only in your capacity and not as a plaintiff or classmember in any purported class or representative action.
