Eligibility.TheCartersville Grand Opening Sweepstakes("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia whovisit the LGE Cartersville Branch located at 105 Main Street Market Place, Cartersville, GA 30121 and complete and submit an entry form during the Entry Period.Entrants must be 18 years of age as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Officers, Directors, Volunteers, Employees, Agents, Successors and Assignments of LGE Community Credit Union are not eligible to win.

Agreement to Rules.By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of thisSweepstakes.

Sponsorship.The sponsor is LGE Community Credit Union, located at P.O. Box 1188, Marietta, GA 30061. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, March 25, 2024 and ends at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 29, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter.During the Entry Period, visit the LGE Cartersville Branch located at 105 Main Street Market Place, Cartersville, GA 30121 and follow the instructions to enter via electronic submission or complete paper entry onsite.As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

In lieu of submitting an online form entry, you may enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a 3x5 card that contains your name, address, phone number, and the prominent phrase “Entry for the Cartersville Grand OpeningSweepstakes”to LGE Community Credit Union, Attn: Marketing – Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1188, Marietta, GA 30061.The eligible entry will be processed with the same limitations and terms as an online form entry described above. Any mail-in entry must be postmarked before the relevant Entry Period close and must be actually received by LGE Community Credit Union before the Entry Period’s approximate date of selection listed below under“Selection and Notification of Winner.”

Entrants suspected of using methods or entries that subvert the entry process (within the sole determination of Sponsor) may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.

Limitations on Entries.Limit one entry per person per email address per day. No third-party entry is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize.One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of a Family Fun Gift Bundle (Approximate Retail Value: $575.52), including one (1) $80.00 DaeBreak Café gift card, one (1) $150.00 Ate Track Grill gift card, one (1) $100.00 Game of Throwns gift card for one hour of axe or knife throwing, four (4) Lakepoint Station all attraction passes (includes Clip N’ Climb, Laser Tag, Outdoor Mini Golf 18 Holes, Indoor Blacklight Golf 9 Holes, and Rollerball), one (1) $30 Lakepoint Station arcade game card, and General Admission for up to 4 people at the Booth Western Art, Bartow History, Tellus Science, or Savoy Automobile Museum. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Selection and Notification of Winner.The Winner will be selected by a random selection under the supervision of the Sponsoron or about Friday, April 5, 2024. The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) by phone and/or email within five days following Winner selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 7 daysfrom the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) fails to timely return a completed and executed Prize Acceptance and Release waiver as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Receipt of the prize by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

LGE Community Credit Union will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of theSweepstakes promotion.
