Yes, you may open two Demat accounts with the same Mobile Number as long as the brokers are different.
With the same broker, you cannot establish two Demat accounts with the same Mobile number. Any broker will not allow it since the identification will stay the same.
For example, if you currently have a Demat account and want to register another Demat account with the same Mobile number, you won't be able to do so. You may, however, use the same Mobile number to open a Demat account with another broker, such as Upstox or Angel Broking.
