I couldn't agree more that leadership is not solely about titles or innate talent - it is a skill that can be developed through practice and learning.In my opinion, one of the most important traits in a leader is effective communication with empathy. Being able to communicate clearly and compassionately allows leaders to build strong relationships with their team members, inspire them, and create an open and honest work environment.Additionally, I believe that leaders who possess emotional intelligence and resilience are better equipped to navigate through challenges and guide their teams towards success. These qualities enable leaders to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing circ*mstances, and make confident decisions.Ultimately, great leaders have the power to transform lives and not just businesses. This is a bit overwhelming, but very comprehensive. It's worth dissecting a piece at a time. I recommend doing a self-evaluation on one element to work on as a leader and come up with a behavior to focus on until it becomes a habit. Then move on to the next most relevant element for you.
