ABOUT Vanguard Solution Middle East

Our group was established by Vanguard Solutions Pty. Ltd. in May, 2000 in Perth, Western Australia.Since its inception, the company established Vanguard Solution Middle East as the first affiliated company in UAE, Dubai in 2005 .

Services provided by the company in Middle East regioninclude Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) studies includingthe Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Fire and Explosion Analysis (FEA) and various forms of risk management, reliability analyses and extensive process safety range of studies (e.g., HAZOP and SIL Assessment, etc.).

Main clients supported in the Middle East include:

· Saudi Arabian Oil Company,

· ADNOC OPCOs (e.g., ADMA-OPCO, ZADCO, ADCO inAbu Dhabi)

· Shell Iran,

· Kuwait Oil Company (KOC),

· Petroleum Directorate of Oman (PDO),

· Crescent Petroleum (Sharjah) and

· Engineering contractors such as Petrofac International (Sharjah), Technip, etc.

We have also supported clients in London, including Foster Wheeler and Worley Parsons, on major projects such as Shell Sakhalin, Russia and the Harweel project, Oman. Many of these services have included extended duration secondments of key personnel into the client’s engineering or project teams.

Personnel in UAE office have extensive experience of facilitating workshops including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and performing complex QRAs demanding specialised expertise. In addition, the work of these personnel has included many LNG and gas plant related projects. We would be happy to provide further details of this capability on request.

Through a local office in Dubai UAE and associated offices in Perth, Western Australia and Singapore, Vanguard Solutions Group of companies will keep providinginnovative and cost effective solutions to international clients in a wide range of major industries.

Nenad has some 30years of professional experience in risk and safety engineering and management with specialist’s expertise in the QRA and risk optimization studies fromconceptual design of new offshore and onshore oil and gas production and processing facilities to the existing operating facilities to meet acceptable levels of risk. His areas of expertise include design, development, and implementation of HSE/Safety/Risk Management Systems; formal Safety Assessment and preparation of HSE/Safety Cases for both offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities, as well as development of risk-based cost-benefits analysis models for evaluation of justifiable costs for the implementation of variousprotective measures.
