The demand for strong and competent data analytics skills will continue to be on the rise as companies struggle with understanding and effectively will utilise the invaluable data collected over the years, as per the report.

As the demand for competent data science professionals increases, the expected pay salaries, increments, and bonuses are also expected to increase.
According to the India Talent Trends report, data science professionals with 3-10 years of experience get a salary of Rs. 25-65 lakh per annum. On the other hand, professionals with more than 10 years of experience get an average of Rs.1.5 crore per annum.
The data science industry has grown by a whopping 650% since 2012. As firms continue to lean further toward Machine Learning, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, the demand for data science roles will continue to witness a sustained and accelerated upward surge.
