A recent study by property groupSeeff, based on data from Lightstone and Propstats for the period 2011/2 to 2016/7 revealed that Cape Town is home to nine of the ten richest suburbs in South Africa. Only one suburb in Gauteng, Sandhurst, cracked the top 10 on the list.
